RELOCATION & TRANSPORT PROCESS
Country Express Homes are the house transport, removal and relocation specialists, taking care of the whole process from start to finish. We have successfully transported and relocated homes around Victoria and NSW for over 26 years.
1. Initial consultation
Whether you're buying or selling a house for transport or relocation, we meet with you onsite to assess the home as well as the block of land for suitability and council regulations. We prepare you a written itemised quote.
2 . Council planning
At this stage you've received a quote, we've checked the site, & if you're ready to proceed, the deposit is paid. This enables us to then begin to assist you in the Permit Process & Building Contracts to be signed.
3. Removal & Transportation
Once the land is prepared for the home (if needed), we install the new stumps and ensure clear access for delivery of the home. The home is prepared, transported to its new location.
4. New roof
Your home is delivered onsite and receives brand new stumps and a new roof. We ensure the site is free of debris on completion. Your home is ready for you to move in and enjoy, you also receive your 6.5 year warranty.
5. Lock up stage
Save money at lock up or assistance is available 24/7. Complete external cladding, windows, doors, insulation & all walls built ready for plaster etc to lock up.
